Emily is an educator based in the Wimmera, Victoria. She trained at St Martins Youth Arts Centre, NIDA Young Actors Studio and Improv Movement / Theatre with Nick Papas. In 2011, Emily was the winner of Best Actor for the Melbourne Short + Sweet Festival at Chapel off Chapel. Emily has completed studies in both Film & Television and Education. An experienced teacher for both primary and secondary, Emily developed DRAMA UP! as a safe space for people to gain confidence in expressing themselves and to practice working with others creatively. Most recently Emily has worked as a school principal. She is an accredited children’s yoga instructor trained by Loraine Rushton who wrote the standards for children’s yoga in Australia. Passionate about community engagement and wellbeing, Emily has recently joined the board for the Centre for Participation.​
